โ Back to HomeOUR METHODOLOGY
How each programme is structured
Every Quietus Desk programme begins with a listening session โ a meeting in which we understand where you are before proposing where the conversation should go. What follows is not a fixed course delivered in sequence, but a structured engagement shaped by what you actually need to understand.
Sessions are spaced deliberately. The interval between meetings is not a scheduling convenience โ it is a built-in part of how the material settles. You have time to sit with what was discussed, to identify what remains unclear, and to bring real questions to the next session rather than listening passively to a prepared lecture.
Listen first
Session one understands your current position and what you want to leave the programme knowing.
Build in sequence
Subsequent sessions move through material in an order that makes sense for your situation, not a fixed syllabus.
Close with something written
Where the programme includes a written output, you receive a document that belongs to you and can be used independently.
